I've forgotten my Digital Banking login details
If you've forgotten your login details, don't worry, to re-registering for Digital Banking is easy and takes just a few minutes. By doing that, you'll then be reminded of your customer number and be able to choose a new PIN and password.
When you re-register we'll ask you some questions, such as your name, date of birth and account details. This is so we can ensure we're keeping your accounts safe by verifying your identity before you can reset your login details.
For added peace of mind, we'll get in touch by text or email to let you know that you're re-registered.
