To freeze your debit card in our mobile app follow these three simple steps

Log in to the app
- 02
Select the account your debit card is linked to and tap 'Manage my card'
- 03
Toggle on 'Card freeze'
- 04
Select the account and card you wish to freeze
- 05
Turn on ‘Card Freeze’
Great news! Your card is now frozen and cannot be used.
If you find your card you can unfreeze it here too.
To freeze your debit card in digital banking follow these simple steps

Log into Digital Banking

Select ‘Cards’ from the main menu on the left
- 03
Then under the ‘Debit Card’ section, click ‘Freeze/Unfreeze your card if you think you’ve misplaced it’

Select the account and card you wish to freeze

Turn on ‘Card Freeze’
Great news! Your card is now frozen and cannot be used.
