When can you order?

Between midnight and 8am for same business day collection (you’ll need to allow 2 hours after the branch opening time to collect your change order).
Between 8:01am and 11:59pm for next business day collection (you’ll need to allow 2 hours after the branch opening time to collect your change order).
By 2pm Friday for a Saturday collection (subject to branch opening hours).

Good to know

Check opening times, and whether your branch is open on a Saturday, by using our branch locator.
You can place an order up to seven business days in advance.
You can’t collect an order on Bank Holidays.
You can arrange to collect your order from an NatWest branch by using the following page, NatWest Cash/Coin order.
You can’t use the form below for making a cash withdrawal. If that’s what you need, get in touch with your usual bank point of contact or visit your local branch.
If you wish to debit a business account for your change order, you will need to be an authorised party on the account.
If you are a non-authorised party, please bring cash to the branch as the request to debit will be declined.

Collection Details

Before filling out your collection details, check the opening hours of your preferred branch here: https://locator-rbs.co.uk/

Your request may not be processed if you choose a time outside of branch opening hours.
Please give your branch at least 24 hours notice for orders.
You can order change for next business day collection (or for same business day collection on orders made between midnight and 8am). You'll need to allow 2 hours after branch opening times to collect your change order. For Saturday collection orders must be placed by 2pm on Friday.
