Set up and manage Direct Debits

Here’s a convenient way to pay credit card and household bills by setting up a simple and secure Direct Debit. You can contact the organization you’re paying (Telephone ringing sound) provide them with your bank account details, and ask them to set up a direct debit.

To view details of your direct debits simply log into online banking at NatWest.com

Once you’re logged in:

• Select Payments and Transfers from the options on the left of the screen.
• Select “Manage Direct Debits” in the Regular Payments dropdown and press go

This will take you to your Existing Direct Debits page where you can Cancel and View your Direct Debits, simple!
