Thank you for completing your mortgage application online.

In 3 to 5 working days you will receive an email with your mortgage application number and you can then track your mortgage using the link below. Assuming your application is successful, you will receive a welcome pack, including your Mortgage Illustration document. Please read the documents carefully.

If you selected to use our paperless mortgage application process, then you will receive a separate email and text message with your Digidocs login. This will be within 2 business days of receiving your mortgage application number. 

If you submitted a joint application, please send the 2nd applicant's email and UK mobile number to DigitalPrescreenTeam@rbs.co.uk– this will help to speed up the paperless mortgage application process.

Alternatively, you will receive these documents by post.

Please sign and return these documents as soon as possible. The rate you've chosen won't change as long as you return the documents and any required information within 28 days.
