Digital statements are issued monthly (if you've made a transaction in that month). You can download these to save or print. If you wish to receive a paper copy of your statement, or a paper copy in large print or braille, you can request one via our digital assistant, Cora under the 'Help' section in the mobile app. If you already receive accessible statements including large print or braille, you'll continue to receive these.
