How do I change my name with the bank?

To change your name with the bank, for example, after getting married, divorced or gender reassignment, you will need to do this via telephone banking or by visiting a branch. You can find more information on how to do this here.

If you need to visit a branch to change your Name/Title/Gender, please remember to bring your Debit Card and a photographic ID, along with legal proof of your name change as requests to change your name on your account must be supported by the following documents:
