What happens next?

    • You’ll receive an email from us with your mortgage reference number within 5 working days. Please only get in touch with us if you've not received anything within this time. 
    • Once you have your mortgage reference number you can log in to our application tracker, which shows the progress of your mortgage application and what you need to do next.
  1. The application process

    • If you've opted in to our paperless mortgage application process, you'll receive an email and text message for registration to DigiDocs, our portal for uploading your documents.
    • You should receive this within two working days of receiving your mortgage application number.
    • If you've made a joint application, the second applicant will receive a separate email and text, so ask them to look out for this.
    • If you've opted-out of paperless, you'll receive these documents in the post, along with a welcome pack.
  2. Returning your documents

    Please sign and return all required documents as soon as possible. The rate you've chosen won't change, as long as you return all documents and information within 28 days of receiving your mortgage application number.

  3. What to do if you don't receive anything from us

    If you haven't received anything after 5 working days, give us a call on 0345 3020190. Relay UK: 18001 0800 096 9527.

    We may have tried to get in touch with you already to discuss information relating to your application, so it’s worth checking your junk folder before you call .
