- Your Black account number and sort code
- Your personal details – full name and date of birth
If you’ve just opened your account, we’d recommend you wait 24 hrs before registering.
Step by step guide:
- Download the app from the Apple or Google stores. Search “RBS Premier Black” in your app store.
- If you’re using Membership Services online for the first time, you’ll need to register via the ‘Sign Up’ button before you can access your benefits on the app.
- If you’re already registered with the Membership Services website, simply use your login details to access your benefits on the app.
