Financial documents - to help us understand your needs you should have the relevant financial documentation to hand (e.g. statements, tax returns, bank statements).

New customers - If you are a new customer you will need to have either your driving licence or passport too.

Yes. Once you’ve booked an appointment you will receive an email to guide you through how to join your Video Banking appointment. This confirmation email will provide a link to download our Video Banking app (Zoom). At the time of your appointment both you and your joint account holder simply open the app or follow the link in your confirmation email to join your appointment.

Please note that you don’t need to be in the same location as the joint account holder to join the appointment. 

Once you’ve booked an appointment you will receive an email to guide you through how to join your Video Banking appointment. Your email will contain a unique link for your appointment and this important information Video to view prior to the appointment taking place.
