MentorMatch

Yes, it’s entirely free and unlimited - you can have as many 1:1 sessions and attend as many group events as you like with as many mentors as you like. 

We know that for more than half of female business leaders in Scotland, a lack of opportunities to be mentored has prevented them from progressing in their career.

We also know that more than eight in ten are likely to ask for mentoring support, but almost half feel that mentoring is too formal a process.

We want to do something about this. MentorMatch is designed to break the formality around mentoring, connecting mentors and mentees quickly through an easy-to-use online & mobile service, making it easier for people to access the personalised help they need for their specific business challenges, when they need it.

No, you don’t! MentorMatch is free and open to women in business who would like to access free mentorship, or who would like to become a mentor to others.

MentorMatch provides personalised support with everything you need to know to start and grow an idea, from business strategy, HR, and finance, to digital marketing, content creation and website development, and everything in between!

Mentoring sessions are all virtual and are each up to one hour long. You can suggest dates and times that work for you when you send your mentoring request. We’re fully flexible around your schedules!

As long as you have a passion for helping women in business, we’d love to have you as a mentor. Just choose which topics you can help with when you sign up!

There’s no minimum commitment - you decide how much or how little to mentor.

As this is a free service, all of our mentors are volunteers and won’t be paid for mentoring. 

We’re currently registering mentors (if you’re interested in becoming a mentor, you can sign up here!) and we’ll be open for mentees soon. Make sure you register your interest so you can be the first to hear!

Every mentoring relationship starts off with an initial 60-minute call but if you and your mentor want to keep meeting, we make that easy for you to do. 

We’ve designed the platform to work however you need it to - whether it’s one-off calls with lots of different mentors or frequent calls with a smaller number - it’s entirely up to you and easy to do.
