We’re making some improvements to Bankline
Customers using New Bankline:
You will notice that you receive an Original Bankline experience from 8pm on Friday 22nd November. The service will then be unavailable from 00:01am until 6pm on Saturday 23rd November, with potential this may extend to no later than 11am on Sunday 24th November.
Customers using Original Bankline:
The service will be unavailable from 00.01am until 11am on Saturday 23rd November, with potential this may extend to no later than 6pm on Saturday 23rd November.
We may also need to make Bankline unavailable between 10pm on Saturday 23rd November and 5am on Sunday 24th November. This is for contingency only and will be avoided if possible.
If you see the service unavailable message (or receive an error message) when logging on outside of these times, please clear your browser’s cache and cookies before trying again. Click here for help on how to do this for a range of common internet browsers.
