You can stop single, multiple or bulk cheques anytime through Account Servicing.

How to set up privileges to stop cheques

You can submit an application to open an additional account, which you can then link to your existing Bankline accounts. Your administrator will need to give you the appropriate privilege to do this.

Through Account Servicing, you can change your primary business address and statement addresses. Your administrator will need to give you the appropriate privilege to do this.

You can now close accounts through Account Servicing, but not your main account. Your administrator will need to give you the appropriate privilege to do this.

You can order cheque books, paying in books and certificates of balance for both your domestic and international accounts in Bankline.

How to set up privileges to order stationery

You can check on the status of your Account Servicing tasks anytime, and we’ll send you a message once individual tasks are complete. Your administrator will need to give you the appropriate privilege to do this.
