Highlighting the UK’s outstanding tech companies in 2025

Neil Bellamy, our National Sector Head of Technology, Media, Telecoms and Services says: “Despite a really challenging year, our shortlist of Emerging Stars once again continued to buck the trend with outstanding levels of scale-up despite the headwinds. I congratulate them all as the best of the best in the sector.”

What traits are defining successful Future Fit scale-up businesses?

“Management teams with a long-term growth strategy focus on key areas such as strategic positioning, vertical specialisation, go-to-market tactics, delivery models, and technical expertise with global reach,” Neil says.

“There’s no single solution for success — execution remains critical. Many management teams are exploring AI, experimenting within their organisations, and then turning these innovations into products and services that can benefit their customers."
