How do I turn off paper payment advices on Bankline?

If you are happy with the information provided on Bankline and would like to stop receiving your paper payment confirmations and advices please print and complete our Payment Advice & Confirmation Paper Suppression form (PDF, 36KB) to opt out of this service.

This form must be signed in accordance with the authority held by the bank and posted to:

Please allow at least ten working days for the paper advices to stop.
