Technical documentation and sample messages
To provide the technical details required to impact assess and build ISO compliant messages, we have developed usage guidelines and sample messages which will support you.
These guides are available in the Swift MyStandards portal, which is free to use. You will need to register, if you do not already have access and will need to request access to the NatWest ISO Open Community. To help you through this process, please see the MyStandards Access guide.
To use ISO formats, you will need to be on Bankline Direct Digital. A Migration Manager will be appointed to support you through adoption of this channel. Please contact iso20022.migrationmanagers@natwest.com to begin.
Understanding the differences between current and MX formats
In addition to the usage guidelines, we have put together translation guides to help you better understand the changes between current formats and ISO compliant formats, at a glance. We will continue to evolve these guides as more information becomes available.
