Accounts with other banks

This is the list of all banks that are currently supported. Don't worry if you don't see your bank listed, more will be added in the future.

The accounts available to add are managed by your other bank. These could include:

• Current accounts
• Credit cards
• Selected savings accounts

Yes.  We do not store any of the other bank's login details and the data received from the other banks is protected the same way as our internal data to ensure security.  You remain in control of your data at all times and can stop using the feature at any time.

We request up to date information from the other banks four times a day and the latest balance and transactions are displayed in the mobile app with a corresponding time stamp.

You can also select a manual refresh within the mobile app (by tapping on the refresh incon) which will pull through the up to date balance and transactions.

Every 90 days we are required to ask you to renew your consent to share your data with us.  It's simple to do, just follow these steps:

1 - Click on the account and select either the expiry notification of the 'manage accounts with other banks' button.

2 - Select renew the account(s) connected with the other bank.

3 - Follow the on screen steps to authorise your consent to be connected for the next 90 days.

4 - Remember to do this with each banking provider to view their account(s).

We put the control in your hands.  If you ever want to remove an account from another bank you can by following these simple steps:

1 - Tap on the account that you've added.

2 - Click the consent expiry notice.

3 - Follow the on screen steps to remove the accounts.
