How to submit your ID online
To make it easier for you to provide us with your ID, you can do it online. We have a service, called DigiDocs that can verify your ID safely and securely. You just need to supply us with your UK mobile number and email.
The ID that we need from you could be a UK passport, UK driving licence, bank statement or utility bill.
And now for the important legal stuff...

To open this account you must meet these requirements
Aged 18+
A UK resident
To earn Rewards you need to log into Digital or Mobile Banking at least once every three months
To earn Rewards on your household bills, you need to:

Pay in £1,500 in total every calendar month to any personal current account(s) you have with us (as long as it’s not a Foundation, Basic or mortgage account).
Please note, the £1,500 can’t be transferred from another Royal Bank current account or savings account that you have with us.
If you are unable to meet the above criteria we may look to convert your Reward account to our Select bank account which has no monthly fee.
