If you're ready to apply, you can do this in a few clicks using 'Manage your Mortgage' via our Mobile App or Digital Banking.
Go to the 'Your Services’ menu and select ‘Consent to Let’.
There's a few questions for you to answer.
If you're eligible, you'll need to agree to our terms and conditions and pay your application fee.
Once, you've paid the fee, we'll give consent to let your property out.
Log in to or download the Royal Bank app, tap your mortgage when you're in the app and then click 'Manage your Mortgage'.
