Eligibility

Eligibility

To set up your card, you must:
  • Be aged 18 or over.
  • Have an active Royal Bank of Scotland Mastercard.
  • Have an active email address and mobile phone number.
  • Check out on the retailer's website with the same email address as registered on Click to Pay.

How to start with Click to Pay?

You can set up your Click to Pay profile via the Royal Bank of Scotland mobile banking app. If you haven't already, download the app here.

  1. Log into your Royal Bank of Scotland mobile banking app.
  2. Select the account and click on ‘Manage my card and Apple/Google Pay’.
  3. Select ‘Add to Click to Pay’.
  4. Follow the steps on your app and click 'Add your card'.
  5. Review your Click to Pay profile and select 'Continue'.

Once you have completed these steps, your Royal Bank of Scotland card will be added to your Click to Pay account. You are now ready to use Click to Pay at participating merchants. Look for the Click to Pay icon where it is accepted. You will need to use the same email address at checkout as you registered with Click to Pay.
