Do you love to travel? Our worldwide travel insurance provides cover for you and your eligible partner and dependent children for trips of up to 31 days. The policy also includes winter sports cover and up to £10 million emergency medical expenses cover. Underwritten by AWP P&C SA and administered by AWP Assistance UK Ltd trading as Allianz Assistance.

When bad things happen to your mobile, you need good cover. Our mobile phone policy covers loss, theft, accidental damage and breakdown (once your manufacturer’s warranty has expired). Underwritten by Aviva Insurance Limited.

UK car breakdown cover

If your car breaks down, you’re sorted, the AA will get you and your vehicle home or to your preferred location, anywhere in the UK, if they can't get your vehicle going again. Provided by Automobile Association Developments Limited (trading as AA Breakdown Services).

How do I access MyRewards?

Have an existing Travel Service booking?

The Travel Service was withdrawn on 1 March 2024. The Travel Service team are still available to support existing bookings, and you can continue to manage your booking, including making a payment, online.

Visit Membership Services or call us on 0345 609 0456 (Relay UK 18001 0345 609 0456).

Lines are open from 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday; 9am - 1pm Saturdays; closed Sundays and public holidays (including Christmas Day). Please be advised calls are recorded for training and quality assurance purposes.

Accessing MyRewards is easy

  1. On your mobile or tablet, open the camera and point your device at the QR code.
  2. A link will pop up, tap this, and you’ll be taken straight to MyRewards in your Royal Bank mobile banking app.

You can still get into MyRewards by:

  1. Using this MyRewards link to get into your app.
  2. Or you log in using Digital Banking and use the MyReward section to access MyRewards.

Change your bank account

It's quick and easy to change your current account through your Royal Bank mobile app or Digital Banking, we'll even pre-fill the application for you.

Frequently asked questions

Switch to Royal Bank

The Current Account Switch Service will do all the work when it comes to switching, moving everything across from your old account all within 7 working days, including Direct Debits and standing orders. All you need to do is tell us the details of your old bank account and when you want the Switch to start.

We can not switch savings accounts or ISAs through this service. Any other products you have with your old bank will not be moved at the same time.
