Why do I need to provide my email address when I turn off paper statements?

We are required to inform you when any interest or charges will be applied to your accounts, and normally this information would arrive with your paper statements. Since you have turned off paper statements we will need to email you, to let you know that this information is now available online.

We will also email you to let you know when your most recent online statement is ready to view.
