Why am I seeing a different screen when I tap Payments & Transfers on my account menu?
When selecting the payments & transfers button in the Account Menu, you will now be redirected to the Payments home screen.
- To make a payment, tap 'Send money' and then 'Make a payment'.
- To make a transfer between your accounts, tap on 'Transfer money' and select the account you would like to transfer to. If you only have one other account to transfer to you may not need to select an account.
When in Payments, you can swipe to switch between accounts should you have multiple accounts or use the 'Change Account' option.
You can continue to access all your payment features by tapping 'Payments' located on the bottom navigation bar on the the home screen of the mobile app.
