I don't have a customer number
Your customer number starts with your date of birth (ddmmyy), followed by up to 4 digits, given to you when you enrolled for Digital Banking or Telephone Banking.
If you don't have a customer number simply complete our re-register for Digital Banking (opens in a new window) form.
You will be shown your customer number on screen when the details you give on the application match those we hold on record. You may then be able to access your accounts instantly.
