There are certain features such as Get Cash and Pay Your Contacts which are unavailable on my Royal Bank of Scotland mobile banking app, why is this?

In order to benefit from all the features on your app please ensure the mobile number you have recorded within Digital Banking matches the number you used to register for the app.

Please note, the mobile app will be updated with new features from time to time. If a feature you like and use is not currently available then it may become available in an update.

Get Cash and Pay your Contacts are only available on Android and iPhone versions of our Mobile app.
