Can I turn off paper statements?
To manage your paperless preferences for your credit card, please log in to Digital Banking or download the Mobile App.
Through the Mobile App please follow these steps:
- Select Credit card
- Select Statements
- Then select delivery preferences at the top of the page
If you’ve not got an account yet, please register for Digital Banking where you will be guided to switch off paper statements.
You can opt-out of receiving paper statements for selected accounts.
- Log in to Digital Banking at www.digitalbanking.rbs.co.uk (opens in a new window)
- Select 'Paperless setting' from the main menu
- Follow the on screen instructions
