Can I withdraw cash from a Fixed Rate ISA?
From the Fixed Term start date until maturity no further deposits or withdrawals are allowed.
If you want to access your money, you will need to request to close your Fixed Rate ISA, an early closure charge will apply.
The early closure charge will be either the amount of interest earned on your account or 90 days interest, whichever is the lowest.
When you request to close your Fixed Rate ISA, the account remains open to protect your ISA tax free status, your account will be converted into an Instant Access ISA for you to access the funds.
To convert your account, you can do this via the mobile app, digital banking, telephony or by visiting any branch.
To complete this via the mobile app, you must have the app downloaded to your device. You must be registered for telephone banking to speak to our Direct Banking team. You must be registered for online banking to speak to the Digital Banking team where they can assist you.
