How do I view my payee details?

Payee details are held on your Digital Banking and Mobile App so that you do not need to enter them each time you wish to make a payment.

Digital Banking

To view your payee details select 'Payments and transfers' from the main menu, then from the 'Make a payment or transfer' section select 'Manage payees'. From the 'Payee List' select the required payee and click on the 'View Payee Details' button.

Mobile Banking

You can view and manage your payees via 'Payments' which can be accessed on the navigation bar on the bottom of your home screen. Payees can then be accessed by tapping 'Send money - Make a payment' or 'Payment settings - Manage Payee'.
