How do I reactivate my ISA?
If you are unable to deposit money into your Cash ISA or Help to Buy: ISA, you may need to reactivate your account.
You can reactivate your ISA in the mobile app or Digital Banking:
- Mobile App: Click on "Help" and select "Chat to Cora"
- Digital Banking: Log into Digital Banking and start a new chat by selecting the "Chat to Cora" button in the bottom right hand corner
In either platform, once you have started the new chat, please type "Reactivate my ISA". You'll then be taken through a few steps to complete this process and your ISA will be reactivated the next working day.
You can also reactivate your Cash ISA or Help to Buy: ISA using telephone banking, and your ISA will be reactivated the next working day.
