Safari Browser is freezing when I try to use Online Banking
We’re aware that a small number of customers are seeing our Digital Banking service freeze when attempting to log in or navigate between pages of Digital Banking using the Safari browser.
To resolve the Safari issue use a Private Browsing Window;
On a MAC open Safari from the Menu go to "file" and "New Private Window" or use the keyboard shortcut Command+Shift+N
On iPhone or iPad open Safari, tap the Pages icon (consisting of two overlapping squares), and then tap "Private" and "Done".
Alternatively you can use a different browser.
