Where can I withdraw cash from using my Basic account debit card?
Basic account customers have the same ATM access as all of our current accounts. As well as Royal Bank of Scotland/NatWest/Ulster Bank (Northern Ireland) ATMs, cash can be withdrawn at any of the following locations:
- Any UK cash machines (e.g. Lloyds, Barclays, etc)
- Royal Bank of Scotland branches (if the account is Royal Bank of Scotland)
- Post Office branches
- Shops that offer a cash-back facility
- Any international ATM displaying a your card scheme logo (Visa or Mastercard depending on what appears on your card)
