Which of my accounts can I switch to paperless?
You can choose to go paperless for any of your eligible accounts from the table below and access your bank statements and other mail through mobile and Digital Banking.
To go paperless using Digital Banking, click on the 'Paperless settings' option in the main menu, then select the paperless statements and paperless mail preferences for each of your accounts.
To go paperless using the mobile app:
- tap on your profile (top left)
- then tap ‘Settings' from the menu
- then ‘Paperless settings’
- then select the statements and other mail preferences for each of your accounts.
