Why is Royal Bank of Scotland no longer offering Rapport?

Additionally, we continue to keep you informed through all our services and social media platforms on how to stay safe and protect yourself from falling victim to fraud and scams.
Following a review of our current service offering, we will no longer offer Trusteer Rapport software. Primarily, this is because the way you choose to bank with us has changed dramatically over the years since we first offered Rapport, with the increasing use of our mobile app and tablet devices to access our services. As a result of this change, Rapport's usage has reduced significantly.
