I've forgotten my credit card PIN, what should I do?

If you've forgotten your Royal Bank of Scotland credit card PIN, we can send you a reminder:

Digital Banking

You can log in to Digital Banking at www.digitalbanking.rbs.co.uk (opens in a new window)

1. Select 'Cards' from the main menu.
2. In the 'Manage your credit card' section select 'Get a PIN reminder' from the menu.
3. Add the last 5 digits of your Royal Bank of Scotland credit card to the online form.
4. Select 'Submit' and one will be sent to you within 3-5 working days.

Mobile App

In your app, select your credit card account and follow these steps:

1. Choose 'Manage my card' and then 'PIN services'.
2. Tap 'Send PIN reminder' and select your name if there is another user.
3. Check that your address is correct, and tap 'Send to this address'.
4. Select 'Done'.

Credit Card Online Services

You can log in to Credit Card Online Services at www.rbs.co.uk/cardservices

1. Log in to Credit Card Online Services.
2. Select 'Account management'.
3. Select 'Get a card PIN reminder'.
4. Click 'Confirm' and one will be sent to you within 7-10 days.

If, however, your credit card is locked, you have more than one address registered with us, or you have more than one card for this credit card account, please call our Credit Card Helpdesk.
