I've forgotten my debit card PIN - what can I do?

Mobile app

1. Log in to the app, select your account and then 'Manage my card'.
2. Click on 'See PIN'.
3. Complete authentication and your PIN will be shown on the screen.

Digital Banking

1. Log in to Digital Banking at www.digitalbanking.rbs.co.uk (opens in a new window)
2. Select 'Cards' from the main menu
3. In the 'Debit card' section select 'Get a PIN reminder' from the menu
4. Add the last 4 digits of your Royal Bank of Scotland debit card, sort code, account number and your date of birth to the online form.
5. Select 'Submit' and one will be sent to you within 3-5 working days via post.
