How do I order a cheque book or credit book using Digital Banking?

You can order a cheque book or credit book online. 

To order a cheque book or a credit book online:

 

  1. Log in to your Digital Banking service at www.digitalbanking.rbs.co.uk (opens in a new window)
  2. Simply type "order cheque book" or "order paying-in book" in Cora, your digital assistant.
  3. Cora will guide you through the process.

If you have access to Digital Banking or the mobile app

 

To order a cheque book or a paying-in book:

  1. Log in to your Digital Banking service at www.digitalbanking.rbs.co.uk (opens in a new window)
  2. Simply type "order cheque book" or "order paying-in book" in Cora, your digital assistant.
  3. Cora will guide you through the process.

You can also order a cheque or paying-in book with Cora, your digital assistant through mobile. Click 'Help', then "Chat to Cora" and ask Cora to 'order cheque or paying-in book'. She'll take the details and process your request. 

We will ask for your details and order it for you.

 

If you haven't got access to Digital Banking or the mobile app

 

You can order your first and any further cheque books and paying in books using our digital stationery order form (opens in a new window).

The form will ask you for the email addresses of the people with signing permissions on the account.

We'll then email your signatories and ask them to authorise the request by uploading an image of their signature.
