How do I pay my mortgage off in full?
Whether you want to repay all or part of your mortgage, or you've decided to move your mortgage to another provider, you'll require a redemption statement. This statement will provide you with the total amount payable to repay all or part of your mortgage, including your current mortgage balance, any fees applicable and the daily rate of interest.
You can use 'Manage your Mortgage’ to request a redemption statement and close all or part of your mortgage. You can find it in the RBS app or Digital Banking. If you haven't used them yet, here's some guidance (opens in a new window) on how to access them. It doesn't matter whether you have other RBS accounts or just a mortgage.
