How can I make a payment to my credit card via the mobile app?
To make a payment to your credit card using your Mobile App, you must have a current account with us. If you are a credit card only customer please set up a direct debit or arrange a payment via your own bank:
If you use the mobile app and have a bank account with us you can pay your credit card from there.
1.Tap on ‘Pay credit card’ from the main page, tap ‘Pay my card’
2.Choose which account you wish to pay your card from. Tap whether you would like to pay the minimum payment, last statement balance or other amount.
3.Decide whether you want to pay your bill now or choose which date you want to set it up for.
4.Tap ‘Next’, check and confirm the details are correct then tap ‘Confirm’
5.Your payment will have been arranged.
Please also note that if you miss a payment, we will send you a reminder on the day your payment is due.
